In this meeting, I’ll take the time to understand your situation, and our meeting will give you a chance to see if I’m the right person to support you. This call is free because I believe in building relationships based on trust, with genuine desire to help you and your family.

Court Applications
Get it right from the beginning of your case. Let us help you with making your application right from the first step.
- All court forms, are charged at our standard rate of £90 per hour, charged in 6 minute increments. for a C100 application, allow around 90 mins.
Documents
Court documents are charged at our standard rate of £90ph charged in 6 minute increments, they vary depending on how long, how many exhibits etc but we always try to give you updates as we go and talk about the size of the job before we start :

Attendance at a Children Case Hearing
This includes: a one-hour meeting before the hearing, help during the hearing and a debrief after the hearing.
- Hearing up to half day – £360
- Hearing full day – £600
- Travel costs – 0.45 per mile
Other Services
Letters and emails/communication on any platform – £90ph (in 6 min increments)
Checking Fee of your work and feedback – £90ph (in 6 min increments)
Case and Document Review £180 (we cap this to try and help a bit)
Other work, charged at £90ph (in 6 min increments)
Non-Molestation and/or Occupation Order Applications
- FL401, Bundle and Statement (Non Molestation or Occupation Order) – £90ph (in 6 min increments)

Payment options
We all know legal fees can be daunting and outlining our pricing above hopefully provides clarity and peace of mind – we don’t do hidden fees. Various payment methods are available through our invoicing service GoCardless, and Stripe offer pay in instalments to ease the financial burden for those struggling.
