Please note that applications to the court come with a cost that is to be paid to HMCTS, not myself although you may qualify for help with costs.
Initial consultation – £0
This fee will be deducted off of subsequent work. In this meeting, I’ll take the time to understand your situation, and our meeting will give you a chance to see if I’m the right person to support you. I always deduct this £20 consultation fee from future work, making today’s call free, because I believe in building relationships based on trust, with genuine desire to help you and your family.

Any form filled out and as many consultations as it takes, including:

Documents include as many consultations as it takes, including:
- Writing your position statement – from £180
- Writing a Court-Ordered Witness Statement – from £280
- Digital Practice Direction Compliant Bundle – from £400
Remote Attendance at a Children Case Hearing
This includes: a one-hour meeting before the hearing, help during the hearing and a debrief after the hearing.
- First Hearing Dispute Resolution Appointment (FHDRA) – £250
- Dispute Resolution Appointment (DRA) – £360
- Final Hearing – £600
Attendance at a Children Case Hearing
As you can imagine, I get asked to travel everywhere, which will sometimes include travel costs and sometimes even overnight stays. Because of this, I provide a quote based on a case by case.
Remote Attendance – Non-Molestation and/or Occupation Order Applications
- Everything you need to get to a Without Notice Emergency Hearing and support during the hearing – £740
- Return Hearing – £250
- Everything for a One-Day Hearing, including a one-hour meeting beforehand and debrief after – £680

Payment options
We all know legal fees can be daunting and outlining our pricing above hopefully provides clarity and peace of mind – we don’t do hidden fees. Various payment methods are available through our invoicing service GoCardless, and Stripe offer pay in instalments to ease the financial burden for those struggling.
