In this meeting, I’ll take the time to understand your situation, and our meeting will give you a chance to see if I’m the right person to support you. This call is free because I believe in building relationships based on trust, with genuine desire to help you and your family.

Court Applications – £150

Documents include as many consultations as it takes, including:

Remote Attendance at a Children Case Hearing
This includes: a one-hour meeting before the hearing, help during the hearing and a debrief after the hearing.

Attendance at a National Children Case Hearing
As you can imagine, I get asked to travel everywhere, which will sometimes include travel costs and sometimes even overnight stays. Because of this, I provide a quote based on a case by case.
Non-Molestation and/or Occupation Order Applications
- Everything you need you to get to a Without Notice Emergency Hearing £680
- Or we can do separate tasks as part of the process, ensuring you stay protected.

Payment options
We all know legal fees can be daunting and outlining our pricing above hopefully provides clarity and peace of mind – we don’t do hidden fees. Various payment methods are available through our invoicing service GoCardless, and Stripe offer pay in instalments to ease the financial burden for those struggling.
